(January 1996) Jack Salem's appearance at ConFurence Seven, modeled after his appearance in 
Roz Gibson's graphic novel Blacklight.
The functioning prop was scratch-built to closely resemble and work like the peculiar spring-loaded retractable "switchblade" sword or spear that Jack acquires for the greater part of the story. Roz seems to enjoy drawing sharp, pointy things. I even went and found vintage flared-leg trousers like she draws.
The picture isn't the greatest but it's the best I've got.

*chuckle* The sound was bad on the video, so I never understood what was said (though I did hear the 'gunshots' before your entrance).
Although as a Super Super Sponsor he should have felt honored to be included in the show. I mean hey, he is still being remembered after what? 18 years or so. Well, after you, as we don't know his name. Had he played along, he may have had his 15 minutes of fame. Too bad he wasted it.
