I honestly don't have any idea on how what's wrong. All I can say is maybe FA may hate your internet connection. Have you tried loading the images from a friends computer?
I mean you could make a dummy password and I could get into your stuff and try to load it for you but honestly that would be asking to trust me a lot.
Honestly though, if this keeps up you could always ask the admins about it. Create a Trouble ticket and see if they can figure anything out for you.

I uploaded this one from a Computer with High Speed Internet from my Public Library -_- . And I wrote an E-mail to the Admins the First time this Happened, Got Jack, and Shit -_- .

@.@ I really hope that it will eventually work. Hopefully it's just the uploading of both the thumbnail and the submission is what's messing it up.
