first round of teh second fight Chelsea against Tiffany

Now then Chelsea got the first attack and used a puppet tf and hit but because she didn't know what spells Tiffany has she chose one at random which was spell 4 on Tiffnay's list which is a AR spell.
Tiffany didn't get to use the spell she wanted because of the puppet spell.
puppet tf can be a strong spell or a weak one. strong in that it hurts the opponent and if they are lucky enough to get a buff spell the person who casted the puppet spell would get the buff or maybe get a spell with very low acc and miss. but then you might force them to cast a strong spell on you.
This also leads to a new statue effect Puppetted, this effect is while Chelsea holds Tiffany's strings she can't self cast on herself, all her attack have to be casted on Chelsea. this removes her ability to self cast buffs.

Exactly what I thought Puppeting would do, but without the additional knowledge of what spells are in your opponent's oeuvre, it's only moderately useful. Still, far more beneficial than others, since you can essentially spam buffs until the strings break, or go with the "little chance to hit" spells as well.
And if your opponent has two of them...well, cast one until it hits, then cast the other to keep the damage at the bare minimum. ;3
