I mostly felt that it was taking far too long to get to the meat of the story, which of course doesn't begin until the next part, when it's already as long as or longer than most of the stories like this I've done before. If other readers don't mind it though, I suppose it's not a big deal.
I try to keep a lot of intercontinuity between my various stories when they take place in this Pokemon verse. >:c There will be more references to other things in the second part of the story, though they may not all be familiar to people who only look at my FA, there are some references to the forum league.
