Here are the last shots I took of the cat teeth. Once you have them in place and are sure where they go you can use most general adhesives to stick them in place. I personally use cyanoacrylate, which is nail glue, or super glue. It adheres quickly and is a very strong bonder, I also have a pretty stocked workshop which is equipped with several solvents, including acetone, which dissolves many adhesives, so superglue isn't permanent And acetone will not damage the bone. But you can also use general white glue (like Elmer's), A hot glue gun, or wood glue. I wouldn't recommend rubber cement, although I never tried it, but it seems like it wouldn't hold forever through my experiences with mounting artwork.
What I do is put some glue in the teeth holes and on the root itself then put the tooth in place. Sometimes there will be gaps where gum tissue once was. If that is present I allow the glue to dry and add a little clear enamel (like top coat model paint, or clear nail polish) to fill the gaps. Once the whole thing is dry I'll put a little more glue around the inside "gumline" just to secure the whole thing in place without making a noticeable mess with the glue.
