I think "The Hunter" was Ortensia's last appearance and also Homer's as well. They have stayed with Oswald for a few years after Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks left Universal without them. They've been replaced with dogs, Poodles Hound as Oswald's new love interest and Marlin Mutt as the new young troublemaker. Poodles is also Pooch's love interest in some of the Pooch the Pup cartoons.
