Cant believe I hadnt posted this with my Arch Fiend. One of the lighter Assault Fiends (a modified MkIAI) and the first conversion I ever did. Came from the old wargame Legions of Steel/Planetstorm put out by Global Games in the mid 90's and was made for my thylacine themed army.
The axe and the tail came from a damaged MK II assualt fiend I found in a $1 bin a at hobby shop in Vermont. The body is a MK IAI Fiend. Ive repositioned the left arm (had to slice it in numerous places to pull that off) in order for it to hold the axe. The tail, that was filed, drilled, and I installed a pin to hold it onto the rear of the body.
As a side note, the 'blood' on the axe blade and the mouth is real. Cut myself with the exacto knife when I was working on the arm and got some blood on the blade & mouth (that I couldnt get off.) Thought it looked decent, so I mixed up some thinned laquer and painted over it. Has like 3 spray coats on top of that to prevent anyone from actually coming in contact with it.

Its from an old wargame long OOP.
The game came in two versions: a boardgame (with an awesome modular board) called "Legions of Steel" & a full wargame called "PlanetStorm."
As for the company, it was put out by Global Games, but they went under in the late 90's.
Real pity, actually some of the best rules I have seen for a wargame. Seem complicated at first, but they were well thought out.
Ill drop you a note with a bit more info.
