Not the cleanest cut I could make on the first slice but it'll have to do.
Little backstory: I made this because I was craving for a slice when I was at Paris Baguette (Korean western style bakery) picking up bread. But I wasn't willing to pay $4 for a little slice when I know that it'll take maybe $6 or so to produce a whole cake.
So instead I decided to try my hand at making one. Very light, fluffy and slightly sweet.

I already know how to contruct the cake but I used this video since I figure I start with an actual Japanese lady's sponge cake recipe. It's pretty good. but next time I'm gonna try with my maple chiffon cake for more tenderness. :)
