There's a lot about Alopex that's a big flat unknown, so, when thinking of poses and character, it's hard to get away from the typical badass poses, and I had this image in my head that had to get out of her at night, just alone and pondering.
What little is known, or at least guesswork, is that Kevin Eastwood's original sketches of Alopex make note of her necklace, that it might have some rite of passage involved around it =o
She's still a big mystery, but it's gotta be some lonesome nights for her...

Ahhh, I can tell you that kind of gem is a Magatama, they also appear in the Phoenix Wright games and have a good few religious/ceremonial significances without me googling them for further info, but I can also tell you this necklace is actually a shark's fang
Again, significance on me is a little lost and we need to be patient before we find out anything else

XD More I was playing on the silliness of turtles being in the sewers, buuuut, what the hey, I'm sure in their adventures more than a couple things wound up down there.

Yeah, that was an urban legend -- although I never met anyone who bought into it -- back at the end of the 20th. Various types of animals get flushed into a sewer and somehow grow up. Usually, it was an alligator. While he never appeared in an episode, Chip n Dale's Rescue Rangers had one named "Sewernose DeBergerac."
All I can think of now is 'All Dogs go to Heaven' and singing giant Alligators XD
Also?
On earlier talk of Turtles and costumes?
I remembered the BEST costume they ever came up with:
Meet Cowabunga Carl!
First 30 seconds are all you need, sadly not best quality, hard to actually find pics from this movie XD
