"Or is it just me~"

Well hello again! I was recently gifted with a picture from a buddy of mine. Sort of an early birthday present. Asked me what I wanted drawn, so I went with Starburst! About 10 years in the future from the outfit I drew him in. This one is probably gonna get tweaked, but this is more or less how he looks!

Also sidenote. JB wasn't the gifter. :P

Abilities and Weapons: Cody has developed a brawler type fighting style with the help of Fawks. He still prefers not to fight if he can however. Using his body as a major distraction to either take someone down or just take advantage of them. He is very physically fit, an Olympic level runner, and fairly smart despite what he shows.

His suit is a durable mix of metals and plastics with synthetic fabric that stretches like spandex, but is as tough as Kevlar. Throughout the suit is micro circuity to allows Starburst to use his whole body to produce various kinds of light. This allows him to glow like the sun to blind and temporarily daze anyone who can see him, or glow dimly like a candle of flashlight. While the light matrix is active, it generates a minor force field that helps protect him from harm, as well as increase his strength and speed. As well as produce light, he can bend it around himself as a cloaking field, but it's not total invisibility. Due to the energy needed to do that, most other functions are disabled.

The equine can shoot concentrated beams of light from his power gauntlets. They can either be used for stunning, damage, or the light blasts can alter the moods of those exposed to them depending on the color spectrum used. Ranging from rage, depression and even lust.

To protect himself from his own abilities, he has specially made tinted goggles. The substance they are made out of is kept secret even to him. He caries several kinds of smoke bombs and glitter to add reflective surfaces which he can use to bounce the light around, as well as a few minor items, but most of his storage space goes to the batteries and various generators that power his suit.

Personality: He's smug, cocksure and a drama queen. Despite this though, he has a large capacity for caring and heroics. Even if it's only for more attention. He loves cute things and looking good. He's also a major horn ball. A power bottom, at that.
