nah, security within hte room would record any activity passively. they'd go over the feed if there was a need to. however kyo would probably still be involved somewhat in a court case, because the knife belongs to him and he DOES know grey's psychological state isn't exactly stable. he'd be considered passively contributing to the situation.

I kinda thought so. I wasn't sure since artists depict cigarette smoke in a variety of styles.
There's this seedy handy-man who occassional works at my apt complex who smokes a vap. It's sort of odd to see somebody huffing on a small white tube with no smoke visible.
At least his clothes probably don't smell like Frank Solomon's army jacket.
