Everyone should have a first time for something it is how we learn, how we adapt and a part of the adventures we can take. These lovely noodles are from the kitchens of  Generalrazor

Yeah, made some ramen the other day as traditionaly as I could with a miso base and homemade noodles. Those f*****s took forever to make. Came out great though.

basic noodles
3 eggs yolk seperated just egg whites
1/2 a cup of water
two jalapeños cut and quartered
two cooked (Elgin Style) sausages cut
uhhhmmmm sorry first time doing this...

Bring water to a boil and cut up all ingredients
cook the noodles until they are soft
drain out some of the water
mix in miso seasoning and add peppers and sausages
seperate the egg whites from the yolk if desired.
Let the eggs cook in the hot water
add soy sauce and serve.
