One of many people Gregory Vinson would give nearly anything to bring down; it's no secret that Russel is more than he seems, but he is so cunning, intelligent and slippery that nobody can connect him to the crimes he commits, and he denies all involvement. Russel deals in the Diamond Smuggling business, although he doesn't import the diamonds himself; he raids the smugglers as they bring the diamonds into Unity Falls, taking the illegal stones for himself and selling them off to the highest bidders, while still managing a barber shop and Night Club all in the C-Plaza of North Unity Falls.

Russel's past is shrouded in mystery; the name Agostina can be traced to a massive corporate family all across Europe but his accent clearly places him to be born of Italy. All that is known about him is his immensely high intelligence, so high that the infamous I.T.O.U.E group led by Jacob Rex set their eyes on him and came after him when he was 19, believing his intellgence to be so unique, it had to be some kind of mutation.

But 7 months in captivity no sign of mutation was found by Rex and his extremist scientists, and when he learned they simply intended to 'dispose of him', he tricked one of the guards and escaped. Now he found he was in North America, but rather than seeking ways to return to Italy he stayed, starting a new business for himself as a professional barber in Unity Falls.

But 6 years after starting this business, the Sylvia Syndicate, known to all in Unity Falls as the top criminal kingpins of the border city. The police were helpless to stop them, mostly because many judges had already been bought by the Sylvia's, and every officer that attempted to intervene was either shot or turned over; either way, the operations went untouched.

Until a new group entirely suddenly appeared, and began raiding the smuggling operations taking the diamonds and escaping just as quickly as they came. The following year after these raids, smugglers only increased but the raids stopped, which confused both the Sylvia's and the Police alike. No suspects had been found, until word reached both sides that Russel Agostina, the local barber, had opened up a night club; no bank-loans, no large cash deposits, just from a barber to the owner of a huge club in a matter of weeks.

Too much of a coincidence, Russel immediately came under investigation by Gregory Vinson. However, Russel showed proof that the money to buy his club had come from a dead relative from Italy. Gregory couldn't try to prove the information false because he had no jurisdiction in Italy, and Interpol wouldn't help him, claiming they had much more serious crimes to deal with, so Russel got away clean.

Since then, the raids on the smugglers have begun again, and many times Russel has been spotted at the scenes, even commiting murders himself, but he always slips away in the end. He uses a custom revolver for his own 'dirty work' but the Police do not know of it, only that he legally owns a Colt Python revolver that has never even been fired, and Crows, being very common anthro's, leave witness testimony too little to convict him.

Now he continues to run his small syndicate, using his deceptive cunning to outwit anyone who tries to get in his way, but never outwardly challenges the police or the Sylvia Syndicate knowing full well his small organization wouldn't stand a chance against either. Gregory Vinson yearns for the day he can bring down this genius crime lord, but for now all he can do is bide his time...
