Fair use or not. it is against the Site's Policy to steal artwork in any way.
You are using it WITHOUT Permission of the original Artist therefore it is considered Theft.

wether its a parody or not it is NOT ALLOWED and the site's policy is FA's own and overrules your legal argument.

Probably the fact that you're selling colour schemes. That'll be it.

What you've essentially made is nothing that couldn't be achieved with a colour wheel. It's a template, and the fact that you're selling it is akin to selling cola for $2, knowing that it only costs cents to make.

Tl;dr: No effort; high profit.

It's cool, and sorry. I understand you're not the only one to have done this, it just seems you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. And ignore Bentley and Disturbia, They're 2 good friends of mine and they're not at all bad in real life; I just think they were trying to make a point (in their own special way of course. ;3)

If I had to make a suggestion, make for example 10 completely self drawn ones, with unique colourings, themes, etc; instead of 100 palate swaps, and charge more for them. They'd likely sell better and you wouldn't get such a backlash for being derivative.
