Well actually, you're supposed to wait for your turn of the collab. There's not telling what pose the person before you could be, then things may not match up.

If the chain is long though, that could take a long long while. Might be better in some cases to get something sketchy out as fast as possible, with enough wiggle room to change it if the previous finished version doesn't match up. Or indeed merely wait until the previous person has a sketch, then sketch, then wait for each stage of refinement, basically pipelining the process.
