This takes several copies of the card in which i cut them up and layer them in order to gain the 3D effect.
Under the for you/by you policy this is a derivative work with the original material credited to Wizards of the coast.
Under the AUP manufactured item policy I have done enough work on it to make it unique, in that cards with this 3D effect are not commercially available and only through people doing it them selves and not through commercial companies.

4UBU- Ive taken the cards and cut them up and layered them in order to gain a 3D affect, After rereading the policy I feel this could be considered a derivitive work and i did credit the cards to MTG and Wizards.
As far as the manufactered items I feel i have changed it enough that it is unique since these cards are not Commercialy available as 3D except from people doing it themselves and not from any companies.

Aye, that's what I thought - but you need to be *explicit* on the work you have done here. In this case, no, it is not a violation of the AUP - but it was only a hunch that it wasn't that stopped me from removing it as a violation.
