Edited some stuffs, it sounds bettar nao kthxbai.
For those who haven't heard previous renditions, Raiders on the Sand is a little tune I threw together using elements of Middle Eastern classical music, hard rock, and brostep (the stuff Americans call dubstep even though it's really not) in a surprisingly cohesive package. C: Please give it a listen if you're into brostep and/or world beats x3 and please, leave a comment whether you liked it or not! I love hearing any feedback at all, positive or negative! <3

I used to have the wobble mixed louder, but I just wasn't feeling it.... I don't want any particular sound to stand too high above the rest; what I've created here is a symphony -- many sounds working together to create a whole greater than the sum of its parts. The wobble bass is important, for sure, but there is no one 'lead' instrument; everything has its turn to shine. I use the same approach for nearly all of my music. :3
Truth be told, this wobble sounds awful with the highs EQ'd up. :x The mid-range loses its oomph. There's really not as much going on in the high range of this synth as some others, but I like it that way because it makes mixing and mastering easier when I layer mid- and high-range instruments over the wobble, which I almost always do.
Let me tll you q trick I found for this.
You need a good vocoder. Like vocodex or something. Personally I think NI Razor works best for this. And make the wave something with a good low end and good high end like some saws with the mid EQd out or on razor something high and thin, with the bass booster on. And use it as a vocoder carrier to your bassline. It not only adds a good sub bass, but also expands the highs while keeping a nIce clean crisp undistorted wave.
Just something ya might be able to play around with if you have razor

Oh and I forgot to add that you can side chain this vocode synth to the high range synths to make mixing easier without taking from the bass and you can do interesting stuff like omg I just thought about this.... Sidechain the high synth to the bass and sidechain the vocode to the high synth lol I wonder how that would sound or if it would even work right
