A quick WIP sketch of something I want to do for one of my closest friends,  Oscelot when I found that one of our rats, Dar, recently passed. I say "our", but really he was more her rat. When we were living together, I wanted some rats in our lives, and she bonded with them more than I ended up having time to. I was more like the working dad, always away on business trips who would send home toys or help cover medical visits >_> When I moved, they effectively stayed "her rats".

Dar was a true gentleman rat, and a bit of a smoodge. Well-loved and very spoiled. Rats are such wonderful little pets, clever, entertaining, affectionate.. but they are given such tragically short life spans before they start breaking down in "old age". I hardly think 2 years should be considered "old", but by rat standards, there's nothing anyone can really do about it :<

Anyway.. just a quick thing I wanted to get out between commissions. I am still working on those.
