The idea is that the CD itself looks like a pizza so when you lift it up the case looks like an empty box.

I'm thinking I'll have to remove Nivlek's hand from the design to make sure the CD matches the bottom of the case easier.

That's a great idea, man! You can keep Nivlek's paw on the cd... just keep it only on the CD and don't draw in on the bottom of the case. That way the paw disapears when you grab the disk. Cute cute!
