Next up in the tickle torture is Valoo from Wind Waker. Gotta love how my scanner can't get red and other colors right... x_x' Besides his color scheme off some, he looks pretty damn good for a first ever attempt. xP Tied and shackled, Valoo is subjected to the same torture the others had to endure.
