a toss up, methinks. i'd like my close musician friends to come together to play epic covers of Pink Floyd's Shine On You Crazy Diamond (all parts) and Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. then, i want Sinatra's recording of My Way to be played (cliche, but i love that song)

What a great spotlight :3 I love all of the work in this one and your voice is so good for this sort of thing as always, Asia :)

Also lol I guess I don't really know what I'd play. If I was being serious I think I'd choose something by Keane... but I'll just say I'd play the A Team theme. It's something of a joke between some of my friends because I ALWAYS sing it randomly. :|

As far as funerals, I think they should be a celebration of the life, not just a mourning. Something silly would totally be in my book too!

aww dont say that, trust me i felt the EXACT same way. It takes practice and devotion to what you do.

Heres a tip, even if you dont win the spotlight people will still look at the music from the journal meaning you will still get your music heard by others EVEN if you dont get spotlighted.

Just keep at it and feel free to talk to me in case you need help ^__^

"Fiction" by Avenged Sevenfold... it's a beautiful song, and the lyrics are essentially about accepting that your time has come and saying your farewells.... Eerily, it was the last song Jimmy Sullivan ever wrote. He died shortly after recording the lead vocals and piano for it, and the rest of the band found those files later and completed the song with the rest of the Nightmare album.
