can see why that'd be incredibly frustrating. Sometimes, it's good decent art and then they take it down later on and you're like wtf really

Because the person you're watching made or uploaded the whatever it was so FA sent you the notification letting you know. But then the person took it down, and FA does NOT make a habit of deleting notifications on its own, that's left to the individual. Thus, you are left with this little thing, telling you that someone put up something, then changed their mind.
