Sirlion with jus de veau, trufflechips and cream of artichok
This is the main course from a 6-course meal at my new work! God what a relief to go from "just" a tapas place to Haute cuisine. (close to 1 michelin star)

- Shisho purper
- Australian Sirlion
- Salad of "mini krieltjes", bacon and pea's.
- Cream of artichoke
- Jus de veau (home made)
- Chips from trufflepotato
- Pan fried thymus
- Boiled and seasoned artichoke hearts
