This is the 3-rd course from a new 6-course meal at my new work :3
I have the recept if you like, but I have to work it out so if you are interested pass me a PM.
Items on the plate:
- Terrine from Lam
- Texture of minipopcorn (they are so cool x3)
- Caviar of tomato
- creme of picalilli (made with texturas from el bulli)
- grilled asparagus-tips
- "raapsteelen"
- Shiso purper

Yeah Manek, totally agree. But with these 6-courses you will be filled as well :3. Its will set you back a fair amount of money but thats up to you if you want the experience of just simple good food.
