A fantasy remix of Reisen Udongein Inaba's theme from Imperishable Night.

The inspiration behind this was not to drastically change the song, but to fantasize it a little more, make it childish.

As we grow up, we retain what is the childish part of us, and some people are more in touch with it then others.
Imagining upon this, I created a synthetic remix using Synthesis techniques to create distortional sounds and bells to give a children's dream effect, whilst maintaining what can be considered the seriousness of the original.
Above all, I aimed for: Childishness, 'Distorted Dreams', Fantasy, whilst maintaining the pressure of the original.

I used a less serious bass, and removed the pianos sharpness and replaced it with a much more elegant piano to simulate a sense of purity, some of the other piano riffs were changed to violins to give the melancholic effect that you see in fairy tales.

As I do with most of my remix's and re-orchestrations now, there are a few twists in the chord structures and the pattern of play within the bars, they're quite obvious here, especially at the end!
