This is Tamilia! She's the daughter of Kream.

Tami is hidden away from everyone other than Dame Nina, who is her guardian, as Kream worries for her safety. Tami works alongside the kitchen staff in the Dame's household, but she isn't a servant; she just loves to do things that are productive, instead of having to play Princess all the time.

Tamilia is a very small anthro feline and her clothes are always too big for her. The ones that actually fit, she always ends up tearing!
