OOO I JUST HAD AN IDEA! you could make these things balls! like throwing balls they look like balls and if you firm up thier insides with a striafoam stuffing kids could use them for throwing balls, or dog toys, sorry just a thought x3

I don't think anybody would pay $40 for a dog toy when you can get lots of fun dog toys for $5. Dog toys are meant to be destroyed anyhow, and I don't think I'd like that either.

thats not what I ment, i ment like um a dual purpose of what someone could do with it instead of having it sit on a shelf so it could sell better, and 40 bucks eh? how big are they?

And I really don't think that balls are a good idea. It's just asking for them to get ruined and destroyed. And I really can't see adultswho are my target market buying them just because they can throw them. And kids haven't got money and don't care about unique, hand-made stuff, they'd rather spend $.50 on a ball from a gum machine.

*shrugs* I'm not offended, exactly. I just don't actually need ideas. (If I did, I would ask for them.) If you think it's a great idea, you're welcome to use it yourself, but my business is already fairly successful and I don't feel that trying random stuff that puts me into direct competition with WalMart is really something I need to bother with.

i understand, i just dono understand what these are, i have been trying to figure what a luna kit is and why its a ball like plushy, it confuses me lol sorry for the weee bit of drama

You could have asked. :) Loonakit is my unofficially trademarked name for ball-style plushes. (Other people call similar plushes blobs or chubbies or lots of other things, but only ones made by me are Loonakits because it's my name for them, and I try to make them unique.) The first one I made looked like a Loony Kitten, so I called it Loonakit. They are meant to be an affordable option for people who don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on my large plushes, since they are a simpler pattern so I can sew them in less time. But they are still art objects, not toys. They're meant to be appreciated and gently cuddled. Many people I've sold them to say they use them as desk buddies, as they are small enough to fit somewhere in on most people's desks at home or at work. So I don't really need to have something for people to do with them, people have already found plenty of things to do with them. :)

Many people don't really want unsolicited suggestions for how to do their business, it's honestly something I've heard a lot of other folks complain about to. Everybody has some great idea, but if they were really that great, why not just use those ideas themselves? Most of the time the ideas don't take into account the realities of running a business, in this case the reality is that "balls to throw" are already cheap and common, so there's no real demand for me to make them. :)

Heh. Well you can't have made a Loonakit because it's not a Loonakit unless it's made by me. :) But oddish is pretty similar, yes.
