Nope Rozzie Dazzie is a Character, though she does have one of my nick names and a bit of my personality, she is just a character. The Brown Pony is me int he Pony world.

Depends on how big "my little ponies" are to humans. I picture them being about half human height at the withers. Based upon that, Rozzie Dazzie is about average horse height.
