Thank you so much for this. I am going through alot right now and this does help. I do know that my animal spirit Aiden is with me always, as shown here. I know she is a huge part of my healthy process, she always has been. I know time is all I need to heal, but sometimes I am just tired of picking myself up. I have been through so much, I am just thankful for my friends and for my guides. Without you all, I'd be lost. Thank you all for everything you have done for me.
