Once again, Bast shows how classy she is. She must think that Anubis seduced Horus again to get out of being beaten with the flail. Poor Anubis looks sad. Either because of Bast's assumptions or something that Horus said.

I feel kind of disappointed that it didn't go the BDSM path that me and some others thought. Seeing Anubis tied up and whipped could still happen though.

Don't be too hard on yourself about the background. Its not lazy, it is minimalist. Besides, we read this comic for the characters, the story, the dialogue, and the humor.

It looks as if you are going to continue on with this so I think I'm going to have to watch you now. I have to agree with Black_Light that what you are doing with backgrounds is minimalist and in your style it works well, I'm not here as much for the backgrounds as I am for the story, humor and the characters. Atomic mushroom trees, spawned in the test ranges of the Nevada desert no less.

In the last panel Toth looks almost annoyed as if he was thinking " You made me grab my med kit and rush all the way out here for this!?? " If I were he I think I'd have squatted down and pretended to look Anubis over so I could get a good look up his dress. . . Horus running off in a hurry, looks like there's more going on here than it looks. . . good stuff, keep it up.
