I guess I could say something flowery, like the pain he must feel if her were to fall in love with a mortal just to lose them. The "Highlander" route.
In the book "Am-Duat (Division XI)" the enemies of Osiris were hacked to pieces, body, Ba, Ka, and shadow separated, and dumped into a burning pit where a goddess with a knife stood watch, spitting fire upon them and ready to stab and hack at the pieces if they try to reassemble themselves. Pretty horrific if you cannot die.
But who knows, Anubis appears to be very open minded sexually. Maybe he will learn to enjoy it.

Ha ha! Epic page reads again! Loved the realisation image of them both.
Really love how you made the gods with their own special personallities. And just keeps on piling up the trouble just like a sitcom! hee hee!
Just out of curiosity, and please correct me if i am wrong in this. Cos i know that there are many different versions of Egyptian god names out there.
But is the character Toth meant to be called Thoth?
Again, if that is how you meant it, i respect that completely. I just wondered is all.

Ops, Typo.
Linguistic fun-fact! Tha names of the Egyptian gods as we know them come from the greek rendition of them; for example Thoth's egyptian name should sound something like "Dhuty".
The correct modern europian spelling, however is Thoth, I tend to let H slip away >_>
