Vampire dragon plush
About 30" long, made from minky. Lots and lots and lots of fiddly little pieces on this one. But it came out nicely.
Of course I goofed and put three toes on it and not four. Hopefully the customer won't mind. (I am really NOT the person to go to if you're super-uber picky. It will look good, it will look like the reference art, but it will never be perfect.)

No, I'd totally fix it! I'm just hoping they don't care and I don't have to. :) If it were me, I wouldn't care, because frick, who cares? Really? I mean really? Number of fingers is that important to who, and why?
And I really AM NOT the person to go to if you're picky, that's the plain and honest truth. I'll fix things up to a point, like the derp with getting the finger number wrong, but if you need it exactly like it looks in your own head, then you don't want me, and I don't want you, and you should just go somewhere else.

Well the customer could care, some people do care if you mess up a detail. IDK if they pay that much money it takes to make a plush I'd want it to be slightly correct. :V But that's just me. To come off like it's not a big deal in public on their plush post seems a little presumptuous. 'Oh I screwed up, I hope they don't care' I mean that's how I read it. I know translating art into plush isn't easy but to mention that after a toe mess-up makes it come off that way. lol
Either way I hope they enjoy it. I love his skull like markings on the head.

IMHO if you want perfection, "that much money" is not anywhere, even remotely, not even CLOSE to near enough.
And I'm coming off like it's not a big deal because it's not a big deal. I goofed. It happens. If they care I'll fix it, if they don't, I'll be pleased to not have to. Or am I supposed to make a big deal out of it and act like I'm some kind of failure for messing up one single detail on a hugely detailed project?

You don't HAVE to make a big deal out of it, if anything you could have just left it out entirely. It's better to leave things like that quiet instead of saying anything at all. No you don't have to care or make a big deal but I don't know, it just seems unnecessary to bring it up at all. :V Anyway that's just my $.02 which means nothing. Sorry if I upset you in any way.
Nah, not upset. *shrugs* I mentioned this because it's something I want potential customers to know. I do make a quality product, but I have run into problems with people who expect absolute perfection in rendering what's in their heads, and it's just never going to happen. I'd rather have somebody not order, than order with an expectation of something they're not going to get.
