Apparently, Norns are not sentient enough to be considered anthros. But some furry ideologists consider them as sub-anthros. By the way it's your C3/DS Evolutionary specialist, Felinorn speaking. I'm planning on buidling a Norn army, to fend off against the Grendel Empire.
