still a bit blah from everything, but wow the colors on this remind me of Lisa Frank! anyone remember her? and to think i did not use her as inspiration O.o

basically i saw a little doodle of a critter someone came up with and my mind got thinking, "a salamander gryphon would be awesome!"

so yeah i then drew this :D when i was younger i used to always put this strange eye markings on my griffs and felt it would look good on this one. breaks up the black too.
