So... this is 13. He's a growldour/arcadoom. (Mostly growldour, but he has the double cuffs of a houndoom, and, when feral, the size of an arcanine.)

Um.. yeah. He was one of Mewtwo's clones, but was set free in the destruction of Mewtwo's island lab. He was kind of a butler to Mewtwo, which is why Mewtwo went out of his way to make him more human.
