The customer wanted a picture of his half-orc paladin in vaguely Arabic costume (the sword's pure fantasy, the armor's pretty accurate to Abbasid cavalry) and generally looking badass.

I do so love playing Paladins. Half-orcs make pretty awesome ones, though I think paladins should have more beards. Beards made of justice.
