This is my rendition of King Neptune for XENOULTRIA: The Mysterious World. He was once the great king of Atlantis, but due to the Great War, he lost his throne, his wife, and his son (though in truth, he hadn't gone far). He wanders the land in search of a way to rid himself of his immortality so he can finally die and see his wife again.
