The design's looking great so far.

Yay stocking! I like the new design, but it might be a lil hard to draw with all the detail. Especially if you'll be drawing her over and over.

Maybe tighten the corset a little in the chest area.

Then shorten the sleeves by the hand (diameter not length) so there is only 2 steps in the sleeves.

Put a pretty bow near her tail tuff, same colors as her dress.

And does she have her hair in a pony tail with a bow?

I think it looks pretty good. Certainly more interesting to look at than the simple dress from before (Not that there is anything wrong with simplicity, mind you).

I love the loose corset stitching at the side with the bow. All in all an awesome design -- can't wait to see what else is gonna be new. :)

it's a good design Xizana, but the dress's a tad busy. While it'd be good for a pinup, it'd take more time and effort for each frame of the comic. my suggestion is to simplify it. The stockings are fine, but the ribbons could probably go. The pocket on front from the apron would definitely work. try simplifying the front making the vest a button up if those ribbons are what closes it, though the big bow looks fine to me.
No offense but I was quite of the older dress design as it was cute, sexy and had a lot of class without being over the top.
I do hope this helps in some way. But a lot of manga artists I read up on try to keep character designs somewhat simple as to save them a lot of frustration and time redrawing them for every panel.

You will be drawing your character a lot so try to simplify things for your own sake. My character doesn't have clothes but all her markings make it so difficult to duplicate over and over!

And I love the stockings, keep those! Or maybe make them thigh high socks!!!

the leggings and the shorter skirt with added lacings are nice, but nhe golden clock and tiny apron with red fruits seems to really clash with the rest
