Yeah sadly to say, My PC got with with the (fake)Vista Security 2012 Virus. I will need to take it to the pros and fix it. So no digital artwork, no WoW play on it (thank god I have my Laptop), No Furry Odd Couple episode till I give a full upgrade and parts.

oops.. im so so sorry.. Richard..
i only use as antivirus the "Avast" for me.. is the best .. best as norton, maccaffee... Panda.. and another antivirus..
but i hope that soon your pc.. will be ok...

Avast is very good, you can get free trials of it every year, or upgrade to full protection. Something else I always recommend is Malwarebytes AntiMalware, it can remove nearly any virus when combined with rkill. Both have reviews on BleepingComputer dot com, which is a website made to help people remove specific viruses that have been attacking their computer. :)
Don't be surprised if the fix for it is a full reimage. From one who knows, I own my own computer biz
One thing that might help ya and save ya money: do you have another PC handy? You can slave your infected computer to another running MalwareBytes, or you can also do this over the network if you're on one safely without infecting others on same network, and clean it with MalwareBytes, which unlike Spybot S&D can and will scan non-root drives. My sister got hit with it a long time ago and that's what I did: Symantec Corporate Anti-Virus found 10 infections while scanning at the same time, MalwareBytes found 96!
