Still toying with the overall design. The large head plume is gone and actually, now that I have them gone, it's much better. No more adding thigns onto this critter. The only thing more I may add is the black banding on the inner primaries that I forgot to add, but other than that, I think it's solid.
Another change that's definitely staying is the orange flesh. It has an orange mouth, why not?. The striped tongue is most certianly staying though <3

The large plumes would DEFFINANTLY make a statement. I would just worry about them breaking in half or bumping into something or being pulled out accidentally.
Mostly the main one for me is it would take up a lot of space when storing. Maybe if they were removable? But even then I guess it could work with magnets, if they are strong enough. It's up to you though. (If you're talking about using a real feather or something OTHERWISE if it's sculpted with foam or something like that. GO FOR EEEEEEET!)
