So...I feel like I may have seen this character (the clothing and hairstyle look familiar) before in the regular Rascals comic, but the name sounds new to me. Am I right in guessing that she is Reiko and Jazmine's mother?

By the way, really digging the design of her kunoichi outfit, which nicely shows off her lovely legs and bum with the sitting pose she's in. Nice work on the soft smoke effects from the pipe and the bright glitter/shine effects from her katana as well. :)
