Kitty Wells, The Queen of Country Music, and her big 1955 hit, "Making Believe". I like this version much more than Jim Reeves'. There's violin in the recording, but I didn't wanna get it out for the cover.

This is meant to sound kinda like a quick studio run though. As the original song is played in standard E (I'm pretty sure), and my guitar is tuned to C ('cos of my Cold coverings), and my capo has a hard time clamping down properly, the strings aren't in perfect tune. If you don't like it, don't freakin' listen.

Also, I have no idea who or what owns the copyrights to this song, prolly RCA or Decca records.
