how do you not see a cat?

Ive hinted that my dad did it on purpose.... because peanut used to sleep in his shoes and he shed a lot.

Have heard of that sort of thing before, unfortunately, though the ones I've heard were more along the lines of "let's leave the pet outside so we have deniability" - which has ended two ways, once with the cat running off since it was the middle of a thunderstorm (my first cat) and once with the dog being hit by a car a few streets over (belonged to a friend).

There are more mature ways of handling an animal if you're unsure how to deal with it. Even something as simple as him putting his shoes in his room and keeping the door shut.

Eh well i cant say my father treated even me with the same dignity as that. he made it VERRY obvious he doesnt like me... try 250 staples in my back and arms total.
