Boy this guy was fun to make! I have a void at the moment while I wait for essential materials needed for just about every single project I have going currently to arrive from Chicago so I decided to make Crash! The nose had just finished curing earlier that day and I had the resin teeth already cast, but other than those two things, I made him in under 24 hours (I want to say about 10 hours total. That is pushing all limits and having all materials in hand). He's my fasted speed head up to date and certainly my cleanest.

Here's the specs:
He's a foam/balaclava method head with a moving jaw. Elastic underneath is completely sewn to the balaclava. Hand sewn face and a machine sewn hood. Following toon enclosed eyes that are sealed so they won't fog up! He's incredibly light!!! He's got to be my lightest head to date and I'm talking MAYBE a pound if not less. He's got a soft squishy rubber latex nose, plush tongue, and DF fur. Fleece lined so there is no raw materials against the wearers face.

He's a 23 head. I'm only a 21.5 and I'm still able to get the jaw to function. Don't believe me? Check out the video!
