Finally, bout time I released something more, this time it's Matriarch of the Justicars, Kal Reia, with a lil revamp compare to the 1st impression.
This time for a change, I tried using Sai PaintTool and I think the results are remarkable =D
# If you're asking where her wings are, just a note, she DOES have them, they're just masked by magic to look like the cloack she's wearing.=P
