Even within the pouring rain of a dreary London afternoon, Gerald enjoys nothing more than losing himself within numbers and legalese until it´s time to head home. His wife will be waiting, hopefully not too emotional from her stressful company job.
He knows how to cheer her up should she be such. A nice healthy batch of his customised beef stroganoff, a recipe neatly stacked within his other papers.
She has been eating a lot more lately after all. He wonders why, but appreciates the fact she is. Sometimes you just work so hard you forget to look after yourself. Fortunately, he´s there to help her with that.

If anyone remembers a picture of two raptors walking down the street together from sometime back, then this is one half of the couple. Gerald Campbell, a mild-mannered mesozoic patents lawyer from Nova Scotia in Canada.
Father of James Campbell. Husband of Mary Elizabeth Thompson nee Campbell. And a damn good cook, especially with stews (it´s all about measurements and numbers after all).
