Fanart for Monster Hunter Tri, and a gift for  katzbalger who played some MH3 missions with me earlier and helped get me the equipment that allowed me to take down that bitch Qurupeco.

This pretty much happened while Katz (playing as Travis) and I were taking down Qurupeco online. A Royal Ludroth joined the fight at random, and both eventually fled to another area. While we were recovering from the skirmish, Katz warned me to look out for the Royal Ludroth. Turns out it was right behind her. I had just enough time to say "Sup Spongebob" before running for my life.

Katz got the last laugh though, when we did take down Qurupeco, I got tackled by Spongebob -exactly- as the "Main Objective Complete!" message popped up.

For folks who don't play Monster Hunter:

The large creature on the right is a Royal Ludroth, essentially a sea lizard that can survive on land thanks to the giant sponge that forms its mane, allowing it to take water with it wherever it goes. Because of this, it's often given the nickname Spongebob.

Qurupeco meanwhile is an absolute bitch of a Wyvern who can mimic the cries of other creatures (Including other Wyverns), essentially enlisting their aid.
