This is based on the Klinkerash werecat breed according to the nWoD.
The Klinkerash represent what people have always feared and killed cats for, even though in the real world there has never been even one 'evil' cat. This breed is violent, ferocious, selfish, malevolent, mysterious, insane and has an affinity for more sinister magic. They're not really evil though, but as close to it as it can get. And somehow very fascinating.
Apart from that, it's some pretty standard shamanic furry art. xD
