More Zodiac! Any questions? I'll try to answer.
I enjoyed the dialogue in this one. To find out that in some very strange and disturbing way, Hell Hound and Virgo might have something in common. I told many of you that Hell Hound is a special kind of evil.
Next week: Aries and Saurus
Enjoy!

You know what? I‘m still thinking about Ramas‘s prophecies: “I see one of you forced to take a life“. if the prophecy mean taking a life in the sense of being forced to kill someone I got the feeling that the one that has to be killed will be HH. I guess that a part of me is actually wishing for this to be real.
A pyromanic's inner passions stirred by a preacher's sermon, yeah I have to give you points for creativity here. Really... I do. As for the other guys... pfft; one, maybe two ice-based supers would be all you need to teach Hellhound humility. Maybe an aeromancer/air bender to suck away the oxygen his fire needs to burn for good measure.
the villains name is cerberus, he was almost a false god character when the agent of vanity( being of ice) turned him good in order to use him to make herself immortal. the coldness of her heart feuled cerberus's sence of lacking that he sees only in the form of the hell he longs to return to through burning everything to a crisp.
the similarities is that they are both moved by religion and can be quite civil if they wanted, but cerberus being of actual hellfire can burn the soul directly.
If I ever get my gaming career started he will be one of the fallen in Eryonome. he has a passion for the angels that watch over the planet, as he is always moments from bringing hellfire to earth.

The best kinds of crazies are the ones where, when you honestly think about it, you can begin to understand the logic they follow, and that is what truly makes them scary. After all, what else does a pyromaniac gravitate to than fire? With the right frame of mind, to such an individual, hell would be a paradise, and that may partially be how he gravitated towards the name "Hellhound". What makes him really twisted is that he takes pleasure in everything fire does, including what it does to living creatures. Perhaps especially it's effects on the living.
However, I'm not personally in agreement with the whole "ice/water/wind hero would pwn him" sentiment. After all, "fanning the flames" can make them bigger, heat melts ice, and if the heat's intense enough, water will evaporate rather than douse the flames. Hellhound is no chump, and his powers are quite formidable (unless you're flame retardent like Capricorn).
Personally, I like how many of the villains are, even if in only minor ways, dark reflections of the heroes, or at least qualities of the heroes. And I love that third panel.

Aquarius vs Hellhound could prove interesting, as she can command both wind and water. But one of the catches is that Hellhound isn’t simply on fire, but generates a plasma that creates the heat that generates the flames. Unless you can somehow prevent him from generating the plasma, any extinguishing of his flames will be momentary at best, and I do not believe that either water nor wind will affect the plasma in any significant manner.
He wouldn't like Nevernoon's version of hell. It's nothing. Literally.
My character, Creed, describes it this way.
"You see nothing. You hear nothing. You feel nothing. Not even the breath in your lungs, or your heartbeat, because they are no more. You have nothing, except the knowledge that the Almighty offered you a place in his kingdom, a place without pain, a place where an orgasm would be as a dust mote compared to the pleasures you could know.
And the knowledge that you said 'No'."
And yes, this guy is a total sunovab----. It's very un-Christian to say this, but I sure hope he winds up in Hell.
