Judging by responses she's had thus far, I'd say like the families that where killed by the troops on that one planet, she was only a small part of the group. Only handed small bits of information to do her job, nothing more.
But unlike Soshika and Kyotoshi parents, she never bothered to look further into things like they did until after the events. Which oddly enough might be why she's still alive today.
Though that doesn't mean she wouldn't have seen things that she should have been suspicious about.
Either that and she's been sitting through the worst of the project and just turned a blind eye until it all turned around.
